It is required that the waiver be between the citizens of the country and the citizens of the Cooperation Council countries in the Arab Gulf states

Submit a waiver request from both parties electronically.

A copy of the passport, a copy of the identity card - a personal photo of the license applicant.

Passport or ID card - personal photos for GCC citizens

Trade name form or affidavit of assignment from the competent authorities.

Attach an “external committee” introduction document form for the activities that are presented to the committee only.

1. Receiving a request for a waiver of a new media license from the customer or his representative and requesting the issuance of a new license for the new license holder (assignee) electronically.

Checking the attachments and conditions to be met in the issuance and assignment request.

Addressing the concerned authorities to some activities related to the issuance of approval or not.

In case of approval or non-approval, the response will be made electronically.
