Issuing International Standard Book Number (ISBN)
ISBN is an international standard number for books that defines the title of each publication. The numbering process’s ultimate aim is to give each intellectual work a unique number that can’t be duplicated or be in any way similar to any other work. This number is what distinguishes a literary work from another, and is used by publication authorities.

Rental of theatres, halls and other facilities in cultural centers for organizing various activities and events in the cultural fields

The public libraries offer MCY library lifetime membership services to all UAE nationals and residents, allowing them to benefit from library services including book borrowing, library facilities and other features.
